 Mary Ann hails from Niagra Falls, New York. After marrying & raising four children, and living in many different locations across the United States, she & her husband retired to Venice, Florida. Feeling like an empty nester, Mary Ann decided real estate would be a great way to meet people. She came to work with Jan Keith at the inception of Charter Real Estate and has been instrumental in building its clientele. She sat on the board of many different committees at the Venice Board of Realtors and is well respected by her peers. Mary Ann's integrity and professionalism preceed her.
