History
Charter Real Estate has been serving Venice and surrounding areas since 1982 when the company was founded by Janice Gaulrapp Keith. After working full-time for a number of years for Dolphin Aviation in Sarasota, Ms Keith pursued a real estate career part-time, and later got her Brokers license and opened an office in Venice. Jan loves selling real estate and prides herself, and the sales staff that represent her company, in giving the most professional and dedicated service available.
